Bill Schwarz, Chairman– Prior to co-founding Los Angeles Realty, Bill served as the Director of Sales and Marketing for a broad variety of large residential developments. His wide-ranging experience includes large single-family detached communities, high-rise condominiums and luxury destination resort developments. He frequently serves on professional panels where he is called on to share his expertise in the areas of product design, unit mix, strategic planning, designing to the buyer’s needs and how to maximize effectiveness in the project’s sales campaign. Various media outlets call on him to comment on market trends, industry forecasts and breaking news issues pertaining to residential real estate development. As a managing partner of Los Angeles Realty Bill, together with Lynn Borland, has supervised the sales and marketing programs of more than a billion dollars in sales of luxury high-rise condominium developments. Bill is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and University of Oregon Business School Graduate.

Lynn Borland, President– Lynn’s career in the Southern California real estate industry began as a Marketing Director for the Larwin Company headquartered in Beverly Hills. The company developed master planned subdivisions throughout California. His previous experience includes the management of large, 100 salesperson real estate offices in Beverly Hills and Brentwood. He founded and managed the New Housing Division for a major Los Angeles Real Estate firm. Under his leadership the division sold in excess of 4000 condominium units. Lynn has consulted with numerous real estate developers offering guidance in the areas of pre-sale strategy, target marketing, sales absorption, focus group research and how to maximize effectiveness in the project’s sales campaign. As a managing partner of Los Angeles Realty Lynn, together with Bill Schwarz, has supervised the sales and marketing programs of more than a billion dollars in sales of luxury high-rise condominium developments. Lynn is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and University of Washington Business School Graduate.
