  1. We are not a resale company. The firm has vast experience in working with our clients at the very earliest stages of advising on products that will sell and recommending the marketing program to maximize absorption. Often we are retained to analyze poorly performing projects for developers or financial institutions and to liquidate these distressed assets.
     
  2. We specialize in the marketing and sale of condominium high-rises, townhome developments, condominium mid-rises, loft projects, conversions and single family detached housing.
     
  3. We do a better job and there’s an important reason for this. Our firm follows the guiding principle that every last detail in the marketing process must be carefully scrutinized and executed with the buyer being our central focus. We think like our buyers. What will stimulate him or her to contact us, how do we convert the contact to an appointment, what do we do to make the best first impression upon his/her arrival, what elements are required for the best presentation, and how do we convert our showings into sales?    
     
  4. We offer complete consulting services from market analysis, pricing, to targeting the buyer and being part of the team to decide on unit mix, design and overall program planning.  
     
  5. We place a sales team on properties that exclusively represent your development. Unlike a widespread industry practice, we do not allow our agents to take leads generated from your advertising and sell them another home. Our staff consists of experienced multi-family project salespeople; there are no real estate temps or part-time salespeople who work for us.
     
  6. We have an extensive track record in the sale of REOs, foreclosures and bankrupt properties. Several banks and receivers have selected us to handle the successful sale of their distressed assets.
     
  7. We have a network of affiliated companies that can bring a complete range of support services to specific jobs. These include auction sales, asset management, mortgage lending, escrow, forensic analysis, construction management, project pick-up work, advertising, public relations, DRE processing and Homeowners Association management.
     
  8. We have members of our management staff that go back to the early 1970s who bring a broad range of experience to the firm.
